| --When I initiated the call to have you come out and inspect my home, my wife and I were both a little hesitant to spend the money to have you tell us that we had an "energy-efficient home". Being that the house is only 12 years old and that we had just with my water heater (high levels of carbon monoxide). I would have never discovered it had it not been for your work on Saturday. You may have saved us a$1,000 or more on a central air unit. Again, I would have purchased a 3 or 3 1/2 ton unit had it not been for your advice to opt for a 2 or 2 /2 ton unit.
