| --When I initiatedthe call to have you come out and inspect my home, my wife and I were both a little hesitant to spend the money to have you tell us that we had an "energy-efficient home". Being that the house is only 12 years old and that we had just had it inspected when we purchased it a year ago, we just believed the house was pretty efficient. Thanks to you and Pat, a potentially deadly hazard was discovered in my home with my water heater (high levels of carbon monoxide). I would have never discovered it had it not been for your work on Saturday. You may have saved us a$1,000 or more on a central air unit. Again, I would have purchased a 3 or 3 1/2 ton unit had it not been for your advice to opt for a 2 or 2 /2 ton unit. Thank you again for your time and work.
